Initial Consultation

If you're not sure we can offer an initial telephone or in person consultation to tell you more about how the testing works and share examples of how we've seen it change clients lives. You can then decide if you want to book with us and start your journey to a balanced diet

Primary Consultation

Lasting approximately an hour we will test you for intolerances against over 200 food types and other sources of allergy found in the environment as well as check your vitamin levels against a number of primary vitamins.

Once you know whats making you feel the way you do you can then adjust your diet and with our support start to feel better

Follow up Test

After 90 days of strict diet management we will run through your tolerance and deficiencies to see what can be re introduced and what we recommend you continue to avoid
